    Business Development Support Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and drive revenue.
    • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
    • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) for digital platforms.
    • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert them into sales leads.
    • Maintain and update client and lead databases.
    • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Prepare periodic reports on leads, engagement, and business development activities.

    Requirements

    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to help grow the business.
    • An ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, process, and confirm customer orders via phone, whatsapp, email, website, and in-person visits.
    • Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate new orders.
    • Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions to customers.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.

    Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor and drive sales performance of assigned product lines.
    • Plan, review, and approve marketing campaigns (including social media promotions) to ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    • Negotiate pricing, supply, and partnership deals with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key clients.
