Sales Representative at Excel and Grace Consulting

Job Summary

• The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to help grow the business.
• An ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders via phone, whatsapp, email, website, and in-person visits.
• Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate new orders.
• Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Provide market feedback on competitor pricing and customer demand trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required with 3-5 years of experience
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
