    Head Human Resources

    Role Overview:

    • The Head of Human Resources will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the business objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage HR teams across all business units, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.
    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws and regulations.
    • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various markets and industries.
    • Implement talent management and succession planning programs to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
    • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    • Analyze HR data and trends to inform workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on HR matters, organizational design, and change management.
    • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
    • Drive the development and implementation of training programs to foster skills enhancement and career advancement.
    • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
    • Over 10 years of proven experience in human resources
    • Professional HR qualification (CIPM etc)
    • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive organizational culture.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong digital acumen, will be considered an added advantage.
