Responsible for all revenue generating products the bank employs, e.g. Savings, Fixed Deposits and Current (and Corporate) accounts.
Promote all the Banks Digital Products; Mobile App, Corporate and Retail internet Banking, Direct Debit and ATM Cards to customers and ensuring delivery of same promptly to customers
Reporting of Sales Numbers to the Management and Board on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual basis.
Support in all marketing messaging and materials that go out to customers. This includes, Website information, Digital marketing strategies and physical marketing materials.
Works closely with the MD to attract potential External Investment opportunities and serves as a secretary to track and manage communication with said investors
Work closely with the IT department in the area of new product development, Pilot testing of the new products and developing strategies for the best route to market for the products.
Manage the development and implementation of new business development initiatives across various business sectors
Carry out routine SWOT analysis in order to ensure the bank’s sustainability
Lead other business team members to achieve the bank’s overall budget
Other ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the CEO
