Graphics Designer at ACE Realtors and Facility Managers Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

1. Create visually compelling graphics, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
2. Design and optimize graphics for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's visual identity and branding guidelines.

Branding:

1. Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all design elements.
2. Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.

3. Digital Media:

   1. Design graphics for digital media channels, including social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
   2. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging visuals for online promotions.

Print Collateral:

1. Produce high-quality print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage.
2. Liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials.

Photography and Image Editing:

1. Assist in photo editing and manipulation to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.
2. Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality images for marketing use.

Creative Concept Development:

1. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
2. Provide input on visual elements that resonate with the target audience.

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual elements with overall messaging.

Market Trends and Tools:

1. Stay informed about industry trends and design tools.
2. Continuously update skills to leverage new design technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
3. Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, coral draw, still image, 3D, motion graphics and figma).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
6. Knowledge of print production processes and digital media requirements.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
