Nature and Scope of Position

• Designing of Bible covers, designing of all promotional materials: Calendars, Annual Report, Bible Week celebration Posters, Badges, Help for speakers, BSN Sower, Marathon Bible Reading fliers and posters, Billboards, Banners, Founder's Day, Special Members Forum Annual Luncheon Brochures, Advert placement in national dailies, Bible personalization for churches and individuals, Bookmarks, Design and uploading materials to the Website .

Purpose of the Job

• To creatively design and project the ideals and corporate objectives of the Society through promotional materials to the Nigerian public in general, Christian churches and Para-churches and the various categories of memberships within the Society.
• To sensitize public interest to donate and support the Vision and Mission Objectives of the Society through promotional and advertorial materials.
• To provide cover designs for the various local language Bibles and other Scripture versions within the framework of the publishing division, thereby supporting the Society’s corporate goal of making the Scripture available in different formats for all to understand.
• To create awareness through designs on the availability, price and features of these Scriptures through the Website, Billboards and other print media. This actually is intended to generate a greater market response and supporting the Society’s objective of being the widest and most effective Scripture publisher in Nigeria.
• To design hand-made birthday cards for the Society’s donors and other dignitaries whom the Society may wish to honour.
• To design and customise Bibles as may be required by the Society’s customers.

Educational Qualifications

• ND in Graphic Design / General Art.
• Must be proficient in design packages: CorelDraw, Adobe Suite, etc.

Personnel Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in Graphic Design and print production
• Must be a team player
• Must be ready to deliver task to time
• Must be someone who can work under pressure
• Ability to do 3D thumb up designs
• Must be between 25 - 35 years
• He/She must be willing to learn and must be practicing and committed Christians with good testimonies of turning point experiences.
