Western Development Company Limited, a leading oil and gas services provider in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking a motivated and eager Graduate Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside experienced procurement professionals, learning core procurement processes from the ground up.
• Gain exposure to essential activities, including sourcing, vendor management, request for quotations (RFQs), and purchase order (PO) creation.
• Assist with research and analysis to identify qualified vendors and negotiate the best possible terms for our company.
• Participate in the procurement process from initial requisition to final contract award.
• Manage and maintain accurate procurement documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives as assigned by the procurement team.

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Eager to learn and possess a strong desire to build a successful career in procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software programs.
