Graduate Trainee at Nonsman Global Systems Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Support various departments and team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Participate actively in company training and development programmes.
• Assist with administrative, operational, customer service, sales, and other assigned tasks.
• Learn and understand company processes, policies, products, and systems.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with documentation where required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and company objectives.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, proactive, and willing to grow professionally.
• Must be resident in Lagos.
