    Front Office Patient Concierge

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a medical spa is seeking a Front Office Patient Concierge—a refined, charismatic, and seasoned professional who will be the first and most consistent point of contact for their high-value clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Warmly welcome and escort clients, offering a polished, spa-like check-in and check-out experience.
    • Manage all appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling with tact and precision.
    • Act as the face and voice of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects elegance, discretion, and warmth.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and clinical staff to ensure comfort, clarity, and consistency.
    • Educate clients on service options, packages, and post-care—encouraging informed decisions and repeat visits.
    • Proactively track consultation outcomes, encourage bookings, and follow up with leads to boost conversion rates.
    • Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, and follow-up logs to ensure exceptional service continuity.
    • Monitor the ambience and presentation of the front office, ensuring it aligns with a luxury environment.
    • Anticipate client needs and preferences for a personalized and anticipatory service experience.
    • Handle VIP requests, confidential information, and sensitive concerns with the highest level of professionalism.

    Requirements

    • Highly experienced in a client-facing role within a luxury medical, aesthetics, hospitality, or wellness setting (3+ years preferred).
    • Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, or body sculpting.
    • Polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to connect with and influence high-end clients.
    • Deep understanding of client conversion, upselling, and maintaining long-term relationships.
    • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in scheduling tools, client management software, and CRM systems.
    • Strong attention to details, service precision, and a white-glove approach to every task.
    • Confident, solution-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, premium environments.

    Salary
    N150,000 monthly.
