• We are looking for an Events and Hall Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and successful execution of all events hosted at Dotts Events Center.
• Success in this role means maintaining strong client relationships, maximising hall bookings, and ensuring Dotts Events Center remains a preferred destination for social and corporate gatherings.

Responsibilities

Some responsibilities of this role includes: 

• Plan, coordinate and manage all events hosted at Dotts Events Center from enquiry stage to post event wrap up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth event planning.
• Manage hall bookings, scheduling and event calendars to maximise venue utilisation.
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide detailed information about event packages and venue offerings.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, technical teams and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown and on site operations to ensure everything aligns with agreed plans.
• Address client feedback, resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some qualities of this role includes: 
• Strong organisational and event planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Experience in venue management, event management or hospitality management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
