• Our client, a medical spa is seeking a Front Office Patient Concierge—a refined, charismatic, and seasoned professional who will be the first and most consistent point of contact for their high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and escort clients, offering a polished, spa-like check-in and check-out experience.
• Manage all appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling with tact and precision.
• Act as the face and voice of the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects elegance, discretion, and warmth.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and clinical staff to ensure comfort, clarity, and consistency.
• Educate clients on service options, packages, and post-care—encouraging informed decisions and repeat visits.
• Proactively track consultation outcomes, encourage bookings, and follow up with leads to boost conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, and follow-up logs to ensure exceptional service continuity.
• Monitor the ambience and presentation of the front office, ensuring it aligns with a luxury environment.
• Anticipate client needs and preferences for a personalized and anticipatory service experience.
• Handle VIP requests, confidential information, and sensitive concerns with the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Highly experienced in a client-facing role within a luxury medical, aesthetics, hospitality, or wellness setting (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, or body sculpting.
• Polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to connect with and influence high-end clients.
• Deep understanding of client conversion, upselling, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in scheduling tools, client management software, and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to details, service precision, and a white-glove approach to every task.
• Confident, solution-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, premium environments.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.

• Our client, a medical spa is seeking a Medical Aesthetic Nurse that will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care, performing approved medical aesthetic procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Procedure Execution:

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments, including lasers, injectables, body contouring, skin tightening, peels, and other advanced procedures.
• Conduct patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and ensure patients are fully informed about their procedures.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment documentation, and progress tracking.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and sterilization in all treatment procedures.

Clinical Excellence & Professional Development:

• Refine technical skills through ongoing training and hands-on practice.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and innovations in medical aesthetics.
• Participate in advanced training programs and mentorship initiatives to enhance expertise.

Patient Engagement & Treatment Plan Management:

• Build strong patient relationships by providing expert guidance, fostering trust, and ensuring a superior patient experience.
• Educate patients on home skincare regimens, treatment aftercare, and additional procedures that align with their aesthetic goals.
• Promote financing options, memberships, and loyalty programs to support patient commitment to long-term skincare and aesthetic wellness.

Operational & Business Support:

• Maintain treatment equipment, ensure proper functionality, and report any maintenance needs.
• Monitor treatment efficiency, manage logs, and optimize processes to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold clinic standards and contribute to operational success.
• Adhere to all protocols, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and/or registered Nursing license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Experience in a medical spa would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in medical aesthetics is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for aesthetics and patient satisfaction.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
