As the Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring seamless front-office operations, managing appointments, supporting billing processes, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in line with clinical and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors professionally, manage check-in/check-out processes, and respond to inquiries across walk-in, phone, and digital channels
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal utilization and reduce no-shows
Generate invoices, process payments, reconcile daily collections, and support HMO documentation where applicable
Maintain accurate patient records (physical and electronic) while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in a front desk, customer service, or healthcare administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic billing or record management systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
