    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • As the Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring seamless front-office operations, managing appointments, supporting billing processes, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in line with clinical and operational standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome patients and visitors professionally, manage check-in/check-out processes, and respond to inquiries across walk-in, phone, and digital channels
    • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal utilization and reduce no-shows
    • Generate invoices, process payments, reconcile daily collections, and support HMO documentation where applicable
    • Maintain accurate patient records (physical and electronic) while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
    • 1–3 years’ experience in a front desk, customer service, or healthcare administrative role
