    Financial Sales Executives (Trainee Program)

    We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Financial Sales Executive Trainee Program. The program is designed to train participants in financial products, customer acquisition, and sales techniques. Successful trainees will be responsible for promoting financial products, acquiring new customers, and supporting business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell financial products and services such as loans, savings accounts, investment products, or agency banking services.
    • Identify and approach potential customers through field sales, referrals, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Educate clients on available financial products and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews during the trainee program.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • 0–2 years sales experience (financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
    • Strong interest in sales and financial services.
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
