As the ISO Professional Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO management systems across the organization to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with international standards and telecom industry requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across business units
Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to ISO and regulatory standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action processes
Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities during audits and recertification processes
Train and sensitize staff on ISO policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience managing ISO systems within telecom, construction, or infrastructure environments
Professional certification in ISO Lead Auditor or Quality Management Systems
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
