Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
• The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries and reservations, assisting with administrative duties, coordinating guest services, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the reception area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Front Desk Operations, Receptionist Duties, or Customer Service
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and basic administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer relationship and hospitality skills
• Previous experience in hospitality, residential services, or hotel management is an added advantage
