Functions (Real Estate)

• First Impression: Serve as the professional face of the company, welcoming and directing all clients and visitors.
• Inquiry Handling: Manage all incoming communications (calls, emails, walk-ins), providing basic information on company services and available properties.
• Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and direct calls using a multi-line system, ensuring accurate message relay to agents and staff.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm property showings, meetings, and appointments for real estate agents.
• Administrative Support: Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and assist with general tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation (listings, contracts).
• Agent Enablement: Provide direct support to agents, handling logistics and administrative tasks so they can focus on sales and client interaction.
• Correspondence: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and professional office correspondence.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years work experience.
