    Front Desk and Sales Officer

    As a Front Desk and Sales Officer, you will be expected to perform duties including but not limited to:

    FRONT DESK

    1. Welcoming guests, customers, and clients warmly to ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
    2. Providing customer service: Addressing customers’ needs, resolving complaints and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. 
    3. Inventory control: Performing stock inwards and outwards duties and handling keys and locks.
    4. Processing payments: Preparing bills, issuing pro-forma, receipts and taking payments.
    5. Handling communications: Answering questions in person, by phone and online. Taking and passing on messages to customers.
    6. Managing administrative tasks: Receiving and distributing mail, maintaining logs and filing and organizing documents.
    7. Providing information: Providing information about events, workshops and programs of interest to the company.
    8. Keeping the front desk presentable: Keeping the front desk area clean, orderly, sanitized and displaying marketing materials.
    9. Cleaning: Cleaning the showroom and its products making sure they are today and appealing to customers.

    SALES

    1. Lead Generation: Proactively seek new customers through various channels like networking, cold calling, phone calls, market research and email campaigns to build sales pipeline.
    2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business through past sales support.
    3. Sales Presentation: Delivering compelling sales presentations to clients, addressing their concerns and tailoring solutions to their needs.
    4. Negotiation & Sales Closing: Negotiating price, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals. Effectively close sales to meet individual sales targets.
    5. Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including follow-ups and progress tracking. 
    6. Market Analysis: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform sales strategies. 
    7. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales data, preparing reports on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    8. Join the marketing team for marketing functions when scheduled.
    9. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the showroom layout and presentation to showcase furniture attractively and enhance customer experience.
    10. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of all furniture products including features, specifications, materials to effectively answer customers questions.
