Job Summary

• We are looking for an energetic and attentive Food Pass staff to support our kitchen and service team.
• The role involves ensuring that meals prepared in the kitchen are quickly, correctly, and neatly passed to the serving staff or directly to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate transfer of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Check that orders are complete, properly plated, and meet quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food pass area.
• Communicate effectively between kitchen staff and servers.
• Assist with basic kitchen or service tasks when required.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is an advantage.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
