Job Summary

• We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Showroom Sales Manager to join our team in the furniture industry.
• You’ll be responsible for selling our premium furniture range, maintaining high showroom standards, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve, monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Promote products and assist customers with both ready-made and custom orders
• Maintain showroom displays and accessory inventory
• Coordinate with sales, production & procurement teams
• Ensure accurate stock labelling and catalogue/sample availability
• Submit regular sales reports and customer feedback
• Monitor competitors and interior design trends
• Keep the showroom clean, organised, and staffed at all times

Requirements

• HND/BSc in a relevant field.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with
• 3-5 years strong retail sales experience (furniture sales preferred)
• Passion for interior design and current trends
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.

• The role involves ensuring that meals prepared in the kitchen are quickly, correctly, and neatly passed to the serving staff or directly to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate transfer of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Check that orders are complete, properly plated, and meet quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food pass area.
• Communicate effectively between kitchen staff and servers.
• Assist with basic kitchen or service tasks when required.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.

Requirements
