    Sales - Colortech Paints

    Responsibilities

    • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, value, and margin targets.
    • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects and opportunities, which includes generating leads, making cold calls, and establishing new business with clients like builders, architects, contractors, and dealers.
    • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Product Expertise and Demonstrations: Possessing deep knowledge of the company's paint products, their application techniques, and technical specifications to provide expert advice and conduct product demonstrations.
    • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities (pricing, promotions, etc.), and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Sales Planning and Reporting: Developing territory sales plans, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Handling customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, often collaborating with the technical support team to provide solutions.

    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
    • Support showroom administrative activities, invoicing and after sales services.
    • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
    • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department

    Technical Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee production processes and quality control
    • Improve existing formulations for cost efficiency, performance, and sustainability.
    • Provide technical support to sales and operations teams
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
    • Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., VOC limits, environmental and safety standards).
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
    • Provide technical guidance to sales, production, and customer service teams.
    • Support key customers with product application, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure efficient and consistent production processes.
    • Optimize batch processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
    • Implement best practices in manufacturing and scale-up of new formulations.
    • Train and manage technical staff.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
