    Food & Beverage Manager

    Our Client, in the hospitality industry in seeking to hire a Food and Beverage manager Who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant\'s food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency

    SALARY: 350,000

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Develop and curate an extensive wine menu, including selecting wines that complement the restaurant\'s cuisine.  
    • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and product standards.  
    • Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and tracking of food and beverage supplies.  
    • Train and supervise staff on service standards, menu offerings, and wine knowledge.  
    • Create and implement promotional strategies to enhance beverage sales, particularly focusing on wine events and pairings.  
    • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.  
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards in all areas.  
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cohesive food and wine pairings.  
    • Engage with guests to provide personalized service and address any inquiries or concerns regarding the menu.  
    • Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to continually improve offerings and service.  

    REQUIREMENTS:  

    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food science, or a related field.  
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on wine selection and menu development.  
    • Strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and pairing principles.  
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.  
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.  
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.  
    • Passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.  .
