    Floor Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities
    As Floor Operations Manager, your performance is tied and will be measured solely by the revenue generation and profitability level of the Lounge. Your job responsibilities though, not exhaustively outlined here, shall include:

    • Drive profitability goals and financial objectives for the Lounge (Achieve 95 -100% Profitability goals for Rehab).
    • Plan and prepare work schedules of the operations crew to provide the best possible level of customer service and floor coverage.
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations functions of the Kitchen, Store and, procurement, assigning weekly performance goals and, assuring their completion, while accomplishing own goals
    • Oversee the Operation team and ensure that employees’ performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
    • Maintain established inventory by ordering all liquor and supplies in accordance with business needs and participating in monthly liquor inventories and equipment inventories.
    • Support the setting up of small to large-scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
    • Develop and implement cost savings and profit enhancement measures.
    • Responsible for helping the lounge to meet service, sales, and profit objectives
    • Create and maintain service and operational standards for the lounge, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
    • Support the set-up of the bar, lounge, private functions, and hospitalities.
    • Ensure par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering, retrieving, and stocking products.
    • Train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the operations unit
    • Stay on the floor during peak hours and participate in the Manager on Duty coverage program, which may require occasional weekend stayovers
    • Ensure that the lounge complies with health and safety standards.
    • Responsible for Keeping the ambiance of the entire premises at top quality at all times


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
