The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organisation.
As an FEP you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy.
The FEP builds networks across the organisation, to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer.
As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
Key Challenges
Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
Be a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial & pricing strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, business opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation
Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
Stimulate behaviours across the organisation aligned with financial objectives.
Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.
Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
Who you Are:
You hold a completed University degree or equivalent; preferably in a finance/controlling and/or commercial field
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Other requirements: Experience with SAP and/or Business Intelligence & Analytics Software is an advantage
