    Finance Business Partner Advisory (Finance Enterprise Partner)

    • The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organisation.
    • As an FEP you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy.
    • The FEP builds networks across the organisation, to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer.
    • As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

    Key Challenges

    • Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
    • Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
    • Be a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial & pricing strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, business opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation
    • Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
    • Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
    • Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
    • Stimulate behaviours across the organisation aligned with financial objectives.
    • Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.
    • Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc
    • Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
    • Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value

    Who you Are:

    • You hold a completed University degree or equivalent; preferably in a finance/controlling and/or commercial field
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
    • Other requirements: Experience with SAP and/or Business Intelligence & Analytics Software is an advantage
