Finance and Account Officer at Fundtron Capital Limited

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance and Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts, and reconciliations.
2. Oversee cash flow and manage bank accounts to ensure efficient financial operations.
3. Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
4. Monitor credit control and resolve outstanding payment issues.
5. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
6. Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, WHT, and PAYE.
7. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and addressing inquiries.
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN are highly preferred.
3. 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
