Description

• The Field Promoter is responsible for recruiting, managing, and engaging Meshayis (informal noodle vendors) within assigned territories.
• The promoter ensures all Meshayis comply with brand standards and program mechanics while supporting program growth, reporting and market visibility.

Responsibilties

• Recruit and onboard Meshayis within assigned territories.
• Engage and manage Meshayis to ensure adherence to program standards.
• Ensure Meshayis comply with brand presentation and program guidelines.
• Ensure brand collaterals assigned to Meshayis are properly displayed, used and secured.
• Work with assigned sales representatives to ensure stock availability and stock validation.
• Maintain daily engagement with Meshayis and monitor activities.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Provide field insights, market feedback, and program updates.
• Identify potential recruitment locations and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of all Meshayis within assigned areas.

Key Performance Expectations

• Recruitment of Meshayis within assigned territory.
• Compliance of Meshayis with programme standards.
• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Quality of field insights and programme updates.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Field-based across assigned market territories.
