    Business Development Manager (International Business)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for International Business to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our international market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our products and services in the defense sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in international business development, preferably within the defense or aerospace industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an international business development strategy aligned with ProForce Defence Industries\' overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in various international markets, including emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, and strategic partners worldwide to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to support the successful execution of business initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders, showcasing the benefits and value of ProForce products and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions while protecting company interests.
    • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in international markets to inform business strategy and decision-making.
    • Represent ProForce Defence Industries at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the defense, aerospace, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing international business deals and managing complex sales cycles.
    • Strong understanding of global defense markets, regulatory environments, and procurement processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results-oriented performance.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required to support business development efforts.
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

    SALARY EXPECTATION: N500,000-N700,000 MONTHLY
