Female Service Desk Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or any other relevant discipline
- At least 3 - 5 years of customer support experience, part of this working as a Service Desk /Team Leader role
- ITIL v3 or v4 training and certification,
- Certified on CCNA, and or CWNA
- Training on either or both Microwave Radios, VSAT, and Fiber Optics
- Training on Customer service, Soft skills, Service Mgt. training and other relevant certificates applicable.
