Call Center Operator (Hausa Speaking) at BBOXX

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about company products.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Must be fluent in Hausa Language
• 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
• NYSC Completion/Exemption
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
