    Executive Assistant (Content & Social Media Management)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Executive Assistant with strong expertise in content creation and social media management.
    • This role combines executive support with digital brand growth responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital campaigns while working closely with leadership to drive visibility and engagement.
    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, media-savvy, and possesses a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation & Media Management:

    • Develop and create engaging digital content (graphics, videos, reels, and written posts).
    • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
    • Produce high-quality content that reflects brand identity and messaging.
    • Capture and edit basic photo/video content for social media use.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms.
    • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction.
    • Track social media performance and provide actionable insights.

    Digital Marketing & Campaign Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
    • Support brand promotions, launches, and marketing initiatives.

    Executive Support:

    • Provide administrative and strategic support to the MD/CEO.
    • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-ups.
    • Support internal communication and project execution where required.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
    • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ads, and campaign management.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
    • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
    • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
