We seek a detail-orientated, experienced Finance and Admin Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be key in managing our financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while supporting our mission to transform the agri-insurance landscape.
Responsibilities
Handle daily financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and payroll processing.
Prepare accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Oversee administrative functions to maintain seamless office operations.
Coordinate office activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management.
Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and administrative support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in financial and administrative management, preferably in the tech or insurance sector.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and agribusiness dynamics.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office, financial management software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
