    Enterprise Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for the company. 
    • Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for the company in Nigeria, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term.
    • Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period 
    • Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within the organisation
    • Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, within the country, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, POC’s etc. 
    • Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses 
    • Channel feedback from the market, customers and prospects to the company, to enhance our product offering and market position Report to the CEO/Head of Sales

    Job Requirements

    • Highly disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment
    • Understands sales process and the need for timely updates
    • Goal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented. 
    • Agile learner with a competitive spirit.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.
    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, selling to FSI’s/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub Saharan Africa.
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc.
    • Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
