    Sales Executive/Customer Service

    We are located in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos .

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales:

    • Promote and sell DermaFIX-IT Skincare products across multiple channels (in-store, online, and B2B).
    • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads and referrals.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to effectively educate customers.

    Customer Care:

    • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answer phone calls, whatsapp, comments, and direct messages from customers via email and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
    • Providing Product Information: Offer detailed information about products to customers, including features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
    • Order Management: Manage orders across social media platforms and our website, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Follow-up: Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates and with existing customers to increase revenue and build loyalty.
    • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
    • Resolving Complaints: Address and document customer complaints and concerns effectively, finding solutions to issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Building Relationships: Establish great rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase loyalty to the brand.
    • Handling Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refunds according to company policies and procedures.
    • Collecting Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers about their experiences with our products to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborating with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively and ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Documentation: Record daily, weekly, and monthly leads, customers, revenue, and customer reviews on Google Sheets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
    • Sales Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement and growth.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must reside within Ikeja, Lagos
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and within a team.
    • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
    • Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
    • Passionate about solving problems to find swift solutions to customer issues and concerns.
    • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected situations.
    • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software, email, and online communication platforms.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including handling objections and closing techniques.
    • Knowledge of handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
    • Familiarity with sales processes and procedures, including order processing and fulfillment. 
    • Ability to collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve sales processes.
    • Continuous learning and improvement mindset, with a willingness to adapt to evolving customer needs and industry trends.
