Mattress Sales & Support Specialist at Neutriherbs Cosmetics Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries via multiple channels (live chat, Dms, email, phone).
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand sleep preferences, health considerations, and partner dynamics.
• Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and differences between our mattress and pillow models and sleep products.
• Educate customers on our trial periods, warranties, and promotions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and frequently asked questions.
• Achieve and exceed key metrics for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and conversion.

REQUIREMENT

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales or support role (e.g., e-commerce, retail, high consideration is hospitality jobs like hotels or Airbnb).
• A natural listener and inquisitive question-asker.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator who can simplify complex details.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets in a remote/team environment.
• A genuine interest in sleep, wellness, and product knowledge. (Bonus if your bed is often the most inviting, meticulously made, and layered piece of furniture in your home)
