Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding product updates, promotions, and follow-ups
• Receive inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate customers about products and guide them through the purchasing process
• Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback accurately
• Support sales efforts by closing sales over the phone when required
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer communication
