About the job

• Lead the Management's business plan with National Distributors and Sub dealers across Nigeria at all levels.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of Sales & Distribution (Sell in, Sell through, Logistics, Warehouse Operations & Data Management)
• Follow up with branch offices on Sub dealers' assessment and Visit Frequency Achievement regularly. 
• Audit prices used by Market Distributors selling on the company plan's RDP. 
• Weekly & Monthly reports on NMDs & Sub dealers' reviews.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 2 years in Telecom Distribution handling especially Mobile is preferable. 

Skills:

• Channel Management, Distribution Operation, Knowledge about the Nigerian Mobile Market, Team building capability & Microsoft Office Skills.
