Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs.
- Oversee the use of advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess program effectiveness.
- Lead operational and implementation research initiatives to generate new evidence and inform health policy and practice.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts.
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making.
