    Group Director / Managing Director

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the Government of Nigeria and the Health Insurance Ecosystem to accelerate the attainment of UHC through market innovation to rapidly increase health insurance coverage
    • Ensure financial sustainability through effective cost optimization, Strategic purchasing and pricing strategies, Efficient Provider payment mechanisms, and diversification of revenue streams
    • Build an innovative and cost-effective provider network with effective and functional referral systems across all geographies to guarantee access, equity, attract, and retain enrollees.

    Requirements

    • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, Health Economics, or equivalent).
    • 15–20 years’ progressive leadership experience in healthcare financing, health insurance, or managed care operations, including 8+ years at the executive leadership level.
    • Experience in matrix or group structures, with exposure to dual reporting lines and cross- functional leadership.
    • Health Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of NHIA guidelines, healthcare provider ecosystems, and payer-provider dynamics.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management, capital mobilization, and cost containment.

    Group Director, Impact, Partnerships & Engagement

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the Group’s Impact & Partnerships strategy, aligning it with the organization's mission and long-term strategic goals.
    • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with donors, governments, philanthropic organizations, multilaterals, and private sector actors.
    • Oversee strategic communications, public relations, and advocacy campaigns, leveraging data to shape national and global health policies.
    • Align impact measurement systems across projects, enterprises, and subsidiaries for coherent group reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Strategic Communications, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred).
    • 15–20 years of progressive experience in impact measurement, donor engagement, and partnerships, including 8+ years at the executive level.
    • Change Management & Culture Transformation – ability to embed a culture of accountability for impact across the Group.
    • Advanced Communication Skills – excellent public speaking, storytelling, and media engagement capabilities.

    Group Director / Executive Director – Donor-Funded Portfolio Directorate

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead donor-funded portfolio with strategic alignment to organizational priorities and global health agendas while representing the client to partners and governments.
    • Design and negotiate large-scale donor agreements, ensuring financial sustainability through resource mobilization, funding diversification, and strategic partnerships with development agencies.
    • Oversee donor-funded program performance, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, impact measurement, and promoting innovation through knowledge exchange and adaptive management.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced degree in Public Health, Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in large international NGOs, global health, or development organizations.
    • At least 8+ years at executive leadership (C-suite/Executive Director/Chief of Party) level, with decision-making authority over multi-million-dollar donor portfolios.
    • Proven success in managing and growing donor-funded programmes with annual budgets of $100m cumulative value.

    Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs.
    • Oversee the use of advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess program effectiveness.
    • Lead operational and implementation research initiatives to generate new evidence and inform health policy and practice.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts.
    • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
    • Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making.
