Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and growth-focused Marketing Department Associate to help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Pacetas SaaS.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, automation, and helping businesses grow through technology.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, innovative, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Objectives
- Generate consistent leads for the business
- Build and strengthen brand authority
- Increase audience engagement and visibility
- Support sales and customer acquisition campaigns
- Improve conversion through marketing systems and funnels
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop engaging marketing content for social media, blogs, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
- Create educational and promotional materials around Pacetas SaaS products and services
- Assist in developing scripts, captions, graphics concepts, and campaign messaging
Webinar & Event Promotion
- Promote webinars, trainings, masterclasses, and virtual events
- Manage registration campaigns and reminder sequences
- Coordinate marketing activities before, during, and after events
Funnel Optimization
- Assist with improving landing pages and conversion funnels
- Monitor lead flow and campaign performance
- Support A/B testing and optimization strategies
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Grow audience engagement and community interaction
- Track social media analytics and performance
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation sequences
- Segment audiences and improve email engagement rates
- Support lead nurturing campaigns
Lead Magnet Creation
- Help create downloadable resources such as eBooks, guides, checklists, templates, and case studies
- Develop marketing assets that attract and convert prospects
Video Marketing
- Assist in creating short-form and long-form marketing videos
- Coordinate video editing, scripting, captions, thumbnails, and publishing
- Support YouTube and social video campaigns
SEO Optimization
- Optimize website and content for search engines
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Improve website visibility and organic traffic
Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting)
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, and conversions
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for higher ROI
- Generate reports and recommendations based on campaign analytics
- Assist with retargeting and audience-building strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or paid advertising
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of funnels, email marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM platforms
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Video editing and graphic design skills
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
- Understanding of conversion tracking and pixel setup is a plus
