Location:  Remote 

Salary: The pay is between 90k-140k + 10k data allowance per month (NGN).

Responsibilities:

• This role will work directly with the founders to help implement change initiatives

• Help develop SOPs and process maps 

• This is an entry-level position that would help you grow into more strategic marketing roles within the organizations

• The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for leveraging technology to help improve the productivity of the marketing team and to help achieve the organization’s goals

• This role requires a strong team player – a problem solver who has a natural curiosity to understand how technology works and a thirst for learning, demonstrated by keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends. 

• Produce monthly reports, competitive analysis 

• The Marketing Operations Specialist will possess an extraordinary work ethic, attention to detail, strong analytical and an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues

• Organize team meetings & events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or Computer Science

• Powerpoint/Google Slides proficiency

• Excel/Google Sheet proficiency

• Fluent in English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Well organized and self-motivated.

• Ability to manage competing priorities from a number of internal clients

• Strong time management skills
