About the Role

• We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.
• Consistently drive quality lead generation and optimize conversions using CRM tools.
• Create compelling content and ad creatives that engage target audiences.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure generated leads are effectively nurtured into sales.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (experience in real estate is a MUST advantage).
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Must be disciplined, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
