Debt Recovery Agent at VIP Express Tourism Limited

• We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Debt Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ethics, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment terms and create payment plans that are fair and achievable for both parties.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payment records.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with debtors.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and take appropriate actions.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and account statuses.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
