    Customer Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    • Provide accurate information about Sycamore’s products and services.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues where necessary.
    • Monitor and track customer interactions in CRM systems to ensure proper follow-up.
    • Support loan repayment inquiries, transaction confirmations, and account-related concerns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sycamore’s offerings, policies, and compliance requirements.
    • Contribute to team performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
    • And every other responsibility assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or related field is an advantage).
    • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industry.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Ability to handle high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detaill

    • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
