Compliance & Marketing Officer at McPharins Nigeria Limited

An established integrated rice milling company is seeking a high-performing Compliance & Marketing Officer to lead its contract manufacturing division. This role blends regulatory expertise with aggressive business development, focusing on securing high-volume processing clients while ensuring full adherence to national standards. 

Core Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive and secure contract manufacturing partnerships with a monthly target of 3,000 tons of rice processing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage end-to-end filings for NAFDAC, SON, and Trademark applications for various client brands. 
• Labeling & Branding: Oversee client packaging designs to ensure they meet mandatory Nigerian labeling requirements and trademark protections.
• Internal Controls: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure mill operations align with food safety and quality standards. 

Required Technical Tools

• CRM Software: Proficient in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to track lead pipelines and client lifecycle management. 
• Compliance Management Systems: Experience with automated tools for document tracking and regulatory deadline monitoring. 
• Productivity Suites: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (for reporting) and collaborative tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. 

Compensation & Benefits Structure

• Gross Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month 
• Performance Commission: 3% of the service fee for every ton processed under secured contracts. 
• Allowances: Monthly housing and transport subsidies included in the total package.
• Statutory Benefits:
  • PenCom: 18% total contribution (10% Employer, 8% Employee). 
  • ITF: 1% of the annual payroll contributed to the Industrial Training Fund. 
  • NSITF: Employee Compensation Scheme coverage.
