    Customer Service/Telesales Representative

    The Customer Service/Telesales Representative serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing information about all our properties. The role is responsible for managing client interactions, responding to property inquiries, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. The role involves qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and maintaining client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to achieving performance targets while upholding the company’s service standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as primary contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries while providing accurate information on properties and pricing.
    • Qualify and prioritize leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Coordinate property viewings, site inspections, and manage follow-up communication with clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using the company’s CRM system
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex cases appropriately.
    • Assist with customer retention activities, including after-sales follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
    • Provide regular reports on client engagement and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams during promotional campaigns.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles within real estate or property sales.
    • B.Sc./ HND. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of real estate operations and customer relationship management systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
    • Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
