Job Description

• Attend to walk-in and online customers
• Process and confirm orders
• Handle payments and record daily sales
• Assist with packaging and order preparation
• Promote products and encourage repeat purchases

Job Requirement 

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and WhatsApp for customer communication
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
