    Customer Service Officer (Retail Mega Store)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our retail mega store team.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and support day-to-day store operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, or through digital channels.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
    • Ensure customers enjoy a smooth and seamless shopping experience.
    • Process returns, exchanges, and assist with product information.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
    • Support checkout operations when needed and ensure proper queuing management.
    • Work closely with store teams to coordinate customer needs.
    • Uphold company service standards and contribute to overall store performance.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
    • 0–3 years of customer service or front-desk experience, preferably in retail,or FMCG environments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must reside around VI or Lekki for easy commute.

    Remuneration

    • N100,000 – N150,000 (0–2 years experience)
    • N150,000 – N200,000 (2–3 years experience)
