Role Summary

To ensure inflow & profits into the firm by developing sales strategies and performing sales activities that lead to client satisfaction and repeat transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create promotions and advertisements plans for property sales and services.
• Network and attend client meetings leading up to sales.
• Identify, Understand and manage client’s property needs in order to meet them.
• Facilitate site visits by clients before closing sales.
• Oversee the preparation and drafting of sales documents.
• Closing deals and ensuring payments.
• Following up on delayed payments.
• Generate leads and covert to sales.
• Conduct Research and Surveys to position the firm above its competitors.
• Conduct inspection of sites and property to ensure condition before client visits.
• Liaise between all stakeholders involved in sales activities.
• Handle client relations and e nquiries.
