Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide customers with information about products, services, and delivery policies.
Receive, process, track, and complete small and large orders for existing and new customer base.
Inspect high-value products for damage before sending out for delivery.
Manage database for customer orders, invoices, and promotional activity.
Data entry of customer orders, payments, and deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.
Complete customer follow-up communication to ensure order and service expectations have been met.
Communicate with the CEO on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent phone etiquette.
This is a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office per week.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize work-related tasks, and work independently with little supervision.
