- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the QSR
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in delivering a positive customer experience
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
